To determine the correct size, follow these steps to measure your head circumference: 1. Measure the circumference of your head as shown. 2. Place the measuring tape above your ears and slightly above your eyebrows. 3. Wrap the tape around just below the crown on the back of your head to achieve a comfortable or snug fit.

The adjustment dial allows for easy tension adjustment around the head, while the quick release buckle enables riders to effortlessly put on and take off the helmet with one touch. Thanks to the adjustable side straps, the helmet can accommodate different head sizes.
