To determine your size, simply wrap a measuring tape around your head, making sure it is level from front to back (approximately 0.6" / 1.5 cm above your ears). Each individual has a unique head shape, which is why our helmets are equipped with a dial fit system that allows you to customize the fit by simply turning the dial to tighten or loosen it.
